I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across South Carolina as a licensed South Carolina REALTOR® affiliated with Keller Williams. My clients are often people making a significant move for the first time — a first purchase, a growing family needing more space, a sale after years in the same home, or a first rental property.
What they tell me they want is simple: someone who picks up the phone, explains the paperwork in plain language, and does not push. That is how I run every transaction. You will hear from me directly, not from an assistant, and you will get my honest read on a property even when it is not the answer you were hoping for.
Presentation is part of the work too. I pay close attention to how a home is prepared, styled, and photographed before it reaches the market, and I help buyers see past dated finishes to a home's real potential — and past cosmetic updates to problems that actually matter.
Outside of showings you will find me exploring South Carolina neighborhoods — from downtown Greenville and Travelers Rest to Columbia, Charleston, and the Grand Strand — the same places I send clients to spend a Saturday before they commit to a market.
